Sam Ross leads our quality and practice transformation team at Esperanza Health Centers as Director of Quality. He completed his undergraduate education at University of Michigan. Prior to joining Esperanza, Sam was a senior project manager at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine, where he supported small primary care practices, FQHC, and safety-net hospital ambulatory groups with practice transformation, quality improvement, and health IT policy. Wanting to shift into a role at a care delivery organization, Sam was drawn to Esperanza by its culture of quality and overwhelmingly positive experiences working with Esperanza staff while in his prior role. Sam is a passionate sports fan and spends a lot of his free time watching all sports and playing basketball and pickleball.
