About the Internship

Our internship program is designed for both first and second field placements, primarily for Master’s in Social Work (MSW) students, though we also welcome bachelor-level students. Interns typically join us for two semesters, either starting in the Fall (September/October) and ending in the Spring (April/May), or beginning in the Winter (January) and finishing in the Summer (August). The program is tailored to meet the required hours of your academic curriculum.

What You’ll Gain

As an intern in our program, you’ll experience:

  • Weekly Supervision: Receive one-on-one guidance and mentorship from a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Shadow and learn from our interdisciplinary care team, gaining a broader perspective on care management.
  • Flexible Hybrid Schedule: Work one day in-person and one to two days remotely each week, balancing hands-on experience with flexibility.
  • Continuing Education: Participate in professional development and continuing education trainings to enhance your knowledge and skills.

  2. Find the Right Fit: If the interview goes well, we’ll work together to ensure our program aligns with your academic and professional goals.
  3. Begin Onboarding: Once selected, we’ll collaborate with our HR department to begin the onboarding process. Please allow 1-2 months for paperwork and approvals before your start date.
