Justin Hayford directs Esperanza's efforts to garner philanthropic and governmental support. He also helps formulate our public policy strategy. Before coming to Esperanza, Justin spent many years working as a legal advocate for people living with HIV. When he's not at work, you'll find him at his piano singing Cole Porter tunes.
