Juan Cardenas joined Esperanza in August of 2019. He came with 15 years finance experience in long term care and senior living. Juan attended Chicago public schools, Eli Whitney then Bogan High School, before graduating from DePaul University's College of Commerce.
The proud son of immigrant parents, and proud older sibling of twin brothers, Juan was raised in the Little Village neighborhood and knows firsthand the importance organizations like Esperanza have in the community.
At home, Juan enjoys nothing more than spending quality time with his wife and three boys.
