Passionate about advancing healthcare equity, Amy Bolton serves as the Development Director at Esperanza Health Centers. In this role, she leads fundraising and donor engagement efforts to expand access to high-quality, affordable healthcare for Chicago’s underserved communities. With a strong passion for relationship-building and strategic philanthropy, Amy oversees all aspects of individual and event fundraising, including Esperanza’s annual gala and golf outing, recurring donor programs, peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, corporate partnerships, and major donor cultivation.
Amy earned her B.S. in Corporate Communications from Olivet Nazarene University, with minors in Spanish and Leadership. She lives in a northwest suburb of Chicago with her partner and their 2-year-old son. In her free time, she enjoys discovering new parks and libraries with her toddler, dining at local restaurants, and unwinding with a good book and a cup of tea.
