Dr. Jasmine Moreno is a pediatrician at our health center Brighton Park. Prior to joining Esperanza, she completed medical school at Southern Illinois University and went on to become the Chief Resident of pediatrics at UIC. Esperanza’s mission and positive reviews from her colleagues drew Dr. Moreno to join the team. She is passionate about health equity, diversity and inclusion, and mentorship in medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
