Anita is a certified nurse midwife at our health center in Brighton Park. Prior to joining Esperanza, she was a doula and did delivery nursing at the University of Chicago. She was drawn to Esperanza because of the community we serve, our mission, and the dedication to our staff. Anita received her Master of Science in Clinical Nurse Leadership from Rush University and Masters in Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University. In her spare time, Anita enjoys cooking, dancing, and reading.
