In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Esperanza Health Centers is making some changes in service effective Wednesday, April 1st.
Esperanza temporarily suspending services at Little Village and Marquette.
Starting Wednesday, April 1st, Esperanza will be temporarily closing its doors at Little Village (3059 W. 26th St.) and Marquette (6550 S. Richmond St.) to more safely deliver care to our patients via telehealth. If you have a scheduled appointment at our Little Village or Marquette clinics, our team will call you to either postpone your visit or convert it to a telehealth appointment. If the provider believes it is important to see you in person, your appointment may be transferred to our Brighton Park (4700 S. California Ave.) or California Ave. (2001 S. California Ave.) location.
