A health campus for the whole community.

January is arriving with some wonderful news for Esperanza and the entire southwest side.

On January 2, 2024, our Esperanza Brighton Park health campus will finally open our long-awaited new South Building at 4720 S. California Avenue.  With three dozen state-of-the-art exam rooms, full-service café, beautiful plaza, laboratory, meeting spaces, and more, our Brighton Park campus will become a leading destination for award-winning wellness and health services in the city, serving all regardless of income, insurance, or immigration status.

Patients whose care is being transferred to our new South Building will receive a separate communication by text informing them of this change.  If this applies to you, simply head to the second floor of our new South building starting in January, 2024 for future appointments.

If you do not receive a message from us, your care will remain in the red North building where you currently see your provider.  When in doubt, always consult the confirmation text message we send when scheduling an appointment.  This text contains all the information you need to find where you need to go.

Regardless of whether your care is transferring or not, we hope you’ll stop by the South Building on your next visit to check out our Superlobby and the La Catedral Express café operating on the first floor.  We can’t wait to share these with you.
